60 DAY RETURN POLICY

Take 60 days to use our products and if you aren’t completely satisfied with the results, you can return them within 60 days from the date that you receive your order for a full refund on your purchases, less shipping & handling fees. RETURNING CANADIAN & INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES

Duties, Taxes, Fees: Customers residing in Canada or other international shipment destinations are solely responsible for any and all import taxes, customs duties and fees. Additional charges for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer; Microhair Aesthetics has no control over these charges and we cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely; please contact your local customs office for more information. Please note that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

For International customers, please note that we cannot issue refunds for any shipments “refused” or “abandoned” at the destination country’s customs office. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment’s return to Microhair Aesthetics Returns Department, please choose a shipping method that offers tracking and destination confirmation receipt when making returns.
